After the baby born,i feel there is less of ‘me’ time and couldn’t focus on my goals.The small habit changes i have made has never lasted long and that leaves me in frustrations.
The moment i formed this habit tracker it slowly started changing things with me.I place this tracker on my kitchen because thats where i spend most of my day.So here is the daily habit tracker i designed.

HOW TO USE THIS HABIT TRACKER:
By end of the day when you finish your everyday chores spend few minutes and fill in the boxes .For example,if you see one of my task is to clean countertop and i make sure no pots in the sink.I meticulously followed this habit every single day for a month now its become a habit and i cant go to bed without doing this at night no matter what.The amount of calmness and planning the meal in the morning is a breeze.
WHAT SHOULD I TRACK ?
You can track anything you want to change in life.I would recommend parents to teach the children everyday on this habit tracker.You can reward them by end of the month if they follow the habits you wanted to change in them.
