chickpeas instant pot is super healthy vegetarian or vegan snack prepared in southern india.Try this chickpeas sundal recipe
Turn Saute on instant pot ,once it turns hot .
Add a tablespoon of coconut oil ,mustard seeds,urad dal ,curry leaves.
Wait for the mustard seeds to crackle and the urad dal to turn light brown,add hing(Asafetida powder) a pinch and turmeric powder
Add a green chilli and a 1/2 inch piece of ginger .
Add around 1/4 cup of water and the soaked chickpeas .
Turn on to manual 4 mins,,high pressure mode in your instant pot ,close the lid and put it in sealing position.
Now let the magic happen.
Open the lid and sprinkle some fresh coconut for great taste.If not use the desiccated coconut.
You can use canned chickpeas instead of soaked ones.
Add the flavour as per your taste bud.
