Add a cup of water,put a trivet inside the stainless pot.
Keep a glass bowl or a bowl of your choice which is instant pot friendly.
Add the milk inside the bowl and close the lid and steam for a minute.
Once the pressure settles naturally ,open the lid and let the milk cool for 30-35 minutes max .
No thermometer needed.Add the culture ,stir it well and close the lid and set 'yogurt' mode for 8 hours.
Your homemade instant pot yogurt is ready.
