Turn on the instantpot 'saute' mode add oil,mustard seeds(Always wait for the mustard seed to crackle),add urad dal,hing,curry leaves ,ginger,green chilli and onion.Saute for a minute.
Add carrot and peas,water,salt,cracked wheat.
Mix it well without lumps.Turn off 'saute' mode and turn on manual/pressure cook mode for 4 minutes ,Vent - sealing mode and do a Quick Release if the knob goes up.

If you want it to be more soft.Close the lid and keep it for 10 more minutes after turning off the instant pot.
